Fresh from the field
We can't over-emphasise how important it is that our ingredients, which make up the dishes in our menu, are field-fresh and of the finest quality - it's the only way to guarantee great taste. Which is why we do all that we can to make sure our fresh produce can be traced back to the fields in which it was grown - and, wherever practical, we like those fields to belong to local British farmers.

Cauliflowers
The majority of cauliflowers served up by Toby Carvery are grown by Southern England Farms in Cornwall. Each year the farm produces a massive 2.5 million kilos of cauliflowers for Toby. They provide Toby Carvery with only the freshest produce – the cauliflower on your plate will have been growing in the field just three days before.
